Statistics and facts about children in Africa.

Africa’s youthful population represents a powerful potential for both the time being and for the future. But the youth faces some huge educational challenges

50% under the age of 19
Africa is a huge continent with 54 different countries. In 15 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, half the population is under age 18.
The continent’s youthful population represents a powerful potential for both the time being and for the future.
But the potential depends on whether the young people receive education or not.

Youth Not In School
Around 35 million children from Sub-Saharan Africa are NOT in school. That is a lot of wasted opportunity. We want to contribute what ever we can in order to decrease these high numbers so more children can get an education.
Our method is providing educational opportunity one child at a time.

A lot of potential
There is a lot of potential in all children as long as they receive the right education, support and/or encouragement.
We believe in the unique strengths and dynamics of Africa. By supporting local schools and students, we help unlock the potential of future changemakers.
